Governance and reporting

In sport, progress requires discipline and humility. Aware of the long road ahead, we share what guides us and our progress through our governance, policies, and reports. Authentic reporting is our way of showing the progress we are making and the challenges we face as we work together to reduce our impact on our playing field.

Our Strategy for Extra-Financial Value

Our Annual Report provides an honest look at our environmental, social and governance (ESG) performance. In 2026, we are transitioning from a Non-Financial Reporting Directive (NFRD)  to a voluntary ESG report. This document is part of a progressive approach, designed as an essential preparatory step towards meeting the full Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) requirements for the 2027 financial year.

Policies: Binding rules and principles

Human Rights
Our Human Rights Policy is our fundamental promise to the communities involved in our operations. It outlines a strategy to strengthen due diligence and address risks with transparency.

Code of Conduct

Responsible business conduct is a principle driving all of our operations. Rooted in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and OECD guidelines, our Codes of Conduct help us and our partners operate in a shared culture of dignity and environmental stewardship.

Guidelines: recommended best practices for our partners

Fair Hiring for Every Worker

Our Ethical Recruitment Guidelines are designed to eliminate the risks of exploitation and forced labor at the source. By mandating transparency and fairness in how our suppliers hire, we help protect the dignity of workers in our global network.

Our Standards for Living

We hold our supply chain partners to rigorous Dormitory Guidelines based on International Labour Organization (ILO) requirements to ensure consistent living standards for all workers. These frameworks are a critical defense against exploitation, safeguarding freedom of movement and promoting a healthy quality of life.

Legal Statements

Modern Slavery Statement

Our annual Modern Slavery Statement is more than a legal summary; it is a look at our efforts to identify, mitigate and eliminate the risks of forced labor, human trafficking, and exploitation across our entire global value chain. Guided by the International Labour Organization (ILO) principles, we are committed to actively identifying and addressing any practice that undermines human dignity.

Chemical stewardship and product safety

We maintain a comprehensive suite of Restricted Substances Lists (RSL) and Manufacturing Standards (MRSL). These technical frameworks serve as our definitive mandate for chemical management across our entire global supply chain.
